RCS-KIDE is an India subsidiary to KIDE, Spain in joint venture with RCS India.Decided to implement Baan IV c4 in 2009 with configuration similar to KIDE Spain along with implementation of India localization and applying the customizations done in Spain.

• Implementation of Baan IV c4

Key Challenges

• The client was using BaaN IV c 4 Service Pack 7 in Spain with huge customizations in Standard Tables and Standard Sessions.
• India Localization was introduced in BaaN IV c 4 from Service Pack 10 Onwards and running BaaN IV c 4 in India without localization was of limited use to the Indian organization.
• Another server was created for Indian operations with BaaN IV c 4, Service Pack 18 and Indian localizations. All the customizations were migrated from Spanish Server to the New Server. The license between Indian Server and the Spanish Server was shared
